Program Information

Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run (PHR) events provide boys and girls an opportunity to showcase their baseball and softball skills, with the opportunity of earning a chance to attend and compete for a Championship during the 2026 MLB World Series! 

Approved local events give youth organizations an opportunity to provide a free and high-quality experience for their participants. Even more, by hosting, they expand their programs, while building a strong relationship with MLB, MiLB, and its partners. 

The Pitch, Hit & Run program is a free event series for boys and girls, and consists of a series of movements that are important in baseball and softball. Participants will compete in either 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, or 13-14 age division, with the Age Cut-off set on November 15, 2026. They will be tested, and their measurements will be recorded for points. Based on their scores, they will advance from a local event to a Team Championship and then to the National Finals hosted at the World Series. 

*IMPORTANT YORK REVOLUTION PROGRAM INFORMATION:

Registration will begin at 8:00am and will run until 8:30am. The event will begin at 8:35am. We will run various age groups at one time through the stations. Please be on-time as we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but can't guarantee participation. The first 100 participants to arrive to registration will receive an official MLB PLAYBALL WEEKEND bat & ball set. All registered participants by May 18, 2026 will receive a York Revolution Pitch, Hit & Run t-shirt. Registrants after that and day-of registration will be based on availability.

ALL participants will receive up to 6 tickets to the 6:30pm York Revolution Game on 6/20 - and all participants will have the opportunity to participate in a pre-game parade, recognition ceremony and field of dreams pre-game. Each age-group winner will also be recognized and have the opportunity to throw out a first pitch.

This is NOT a drop-off event. An adult must stay on-site for the duration of the event. Parents will NOT be allowed on the field with their players. We recommend participants bring a glove, helmet and bat if available - we will have extra bats and helmets for use if needed.
